Lately, I’ve been feeling the urge to slow down.
It’s easy to get caught up in the cycle of posting, sharing, and constantly looking for the next “content” moment. I realized last week that I was experiencing life through my screen instead of actually being present for it.
So this week, I took a break.
I went for a walk without my camera. (It felt weird!) I read a book. I cooked a meal that took two hours. I’m not saying I’m giving up photography—far from it. But I am reminding myself that the best photos come from a place of rest, not rush.
